Frederick J. Koenig

AIA, NCARB
Director of Architecture and Operations

My journey began over thirty years ago as a part-time drafter for General Electric during high school. I started my college education at the State University of New York at Delhi, earning my first degree, then transferred to Clemson University, where I graduated in 1996. After over twenty years in New York, where I earned my Architect's license, I moved to Florida in 2016. I am currently a licensed Architect in Florida and NCARB certified.

When I'm not working, I love taking trips with my wife and indulging in woodworking.

At happy hour, you’d find me with a Coke Zero, as I don't usually drink during work events.

I described as sarcastic, quiet, and an over-thinker.

I became an architect because my mom noticed my knack for math and drawing.

I also have a hidden talent for tattooing, though I still need a lot more practice.
