The project was a multiple phase building expansion and interior renovation project to the existing Charlotte County Building and Construction Services facility. 3,400 SF of existing interior space was remodeled and a 5,000 SF addition was designed and constructed that will be used to consolidate administrative and permitting functions. Once the addition was completed other departments were temporarily moved so that various areas of existing space could be renovated. The facility remained open and accessible to the public and staff during construction. (Architectural Design through Construction Administration)
