The project consists of the design of a new one story multi-tenant office building. The building is 8,000 sq. ft. and was subdivided into three tenant spaces. A 4,000 sq. ft. primary space is occupied by Harbor Home Builders and has a storage loft. ADG Architecture, llc provided design, construction documents and administration services.
The site had several intricacies to consider during design: flood elevation, limited site area, entrances along the main street, and parking in the rear. Another challenge was meeting the architectural expectations of the City of Punta Gorda. ADG worked with Harbor Home Builders and a Civil Engineer to determine the best solutions.
