ADG accomplished the design documents for this 129,549-square-foot campus renovation in just ninety calendar days, ensuring construction completion by August 2022. The Design Team conducted multiple campus walkthroughs, held weekly meetings with stakeholders and the construction team, and adeptly navigated unforeseen challenges. Collaborating closely with the Construction Manager, they provided cost estimates and early bidding packages.
The renovated building boasts fire sprinklers, new fixtures and finishes, a secured single-point entry, and updated technology. Furthermore, classrooms, administrative areas, and support spaces underwent refreshing, ushering the school into the 21st century.
