The project includes adapting plans from the Fort Myers facility, redesigning the front public area and entry, and providing access to outdoor dog runs on the south side of the building. Additionally, the scope of work involves coordination with civil engineers, obtaining architectural design approval during the SDP review process, and incorporating services of a licensed landscape architect for Collier County. The project offers three design options: a 6,000 SF building, a 9,000 SF building with 3,000 SF unfinished, and a fully built-out 9,000 SF building. The proposal covers structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the development and construction of the new All American Pet Resort franchise.
