First Alliance Church

We recently provided initial programming and master planning services to First Alliance Church, Port Charlotte, Florida, in order to determine how much property, they needed to acquire to expand their existing campus. This exercise led to a master plan that guided the over-all planning and design of their planned ministry expansion. For this project, we surveyed their facilities and their current use. Then after visiting with staff we provided a spatial inventory that determined the amount of square footage required to support all current and future ministries. The programming considered space for parking, building setbacks and water retention as well as other on-site amenities such as children’s playgrounds.
