Project Description
The project consisted of the design of a new multi-tenant shell medical office building. The building size is 12,000 sq. ft. and is anticipated to have 3-4 tenants. One of the tenants is a medical office with 6-7 treatment rooms, storage place, reception area, space for 3 semi-private medical assistant work stations, IT closet, and physicians office.
