South County Regional Park Recreation Center

The project consists of a 1,200 square foot addition to the existing Charlotte County, South County Recreation Center, including a new fitness / wellness activity room and a multi-purpose room. The design of the addition area considered the aesthetics of the existing building. We worked closely with the Client and Contractor to keep the project within budget constraints. We also worked closely with the facility supervisor to consider permit and construction schedule impacts on other activities including summer camps.(Architectural Design through Construction Administration)
